Please contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for Mental Health Benefits with a Psychologist. Deductibles, co-payments, number of sessions and amounts covered all vary according to your specific coverage. I will assist you in billing your insurance and in most cases will only need to collect your copay at the time of service, if you have met your annual deductible. You are, however, responsible for your account.

I may be covered with other insurances on an out-of-network basis. To authorize treatment with another company, call your member services department and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits. You may need to acquire a pre- authorization from your insurance company  before seeing me.
